Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how moqidodo processes and delivers orders placed through this storefront.
Where we ship
Orders currently ship from China to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently offer shipping to other countries or regions through this storefront.
Shipping is free for eligible orders placed through checkout. Any available shipping method and delivery estimate will be shown before you place your order.
For cross-border shipments, customs processing, import reviews, or carrier clearance checks may affect delivery timing. If any destination-specific duties, taxes, or fees apply, they are the customer's responsibility unless checkout or support states otherwise.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Standard transit time is usually 10-15 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery timing may vary because of carrier volume, customs processing, destination conditions, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
After your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available.
Tracking links may take time to show carrier movement after the first shipping confirmation. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number at hello@moqidodo.com.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@moqidodo.com with your order number and the corrected address.
We can only attempt address changes before the order has been processed for shipment. Once a package has shipped or tracking has been issued, address changes may no longer be possible.
Lost, delayed, or returned packages
If a package appears delayed, contact us so we can help review the tracking status. Carrier investigations and customs reviews may take additional time.
If a package is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, refused, or unclaimed, we will contact you about the available next steps. Additional shipping costs may apply where the issue was caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
